Terms & Conditions
We work hard ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. We use both local and national distributors that best suit the location to which we are delivering.
All our delivery charges include shipping, handling and packaging costs.
Standard postage is currently $15 Australia wide, excluding furniture and artworks.
Express post options are also available and vary in cost depending upon the products selected and delivery destinations.
Local PICK UP is available from Present Story in Nicholson Street, Coburg.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders will be processed within 3 business days. For custom products, we will advise you of specific lead times on order placement.
Our aim is to ensure your purchases are received within a week, but please understand that some locations may have extended shipping times. We will do everything we can to communicate accurate lead times at the time of order.
Please note that during the busy Christmas period your order may take slightly longer to dispatch.
All prices are in AUS$ and include GST
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Please double check your delivery address when placing your order. Present Story is not obliged to re-send an order to the correct address at our own expense.
Once your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number. You can then track your order via the Australia Post or Sendle website.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Present Story may need to cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the products requested. We will contact you as soon as possible should this occur and see if we can find a solution together.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
We pride ourselves on our accuracy in fulfilling orders but in the unlikely event that something is missing or incorrect, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the product name and we will investigate accordingly.
DAMAGED ORDER DURING TRANSIT
We take great care to ensure your order is packed carefully. If, however, damage occurs during the delivery process, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
We stand behind our products and services at Present Story but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. If an item is faulty, we will replace or refund. Please note, there is no exchange on jewellery or artwork.
If orders are returned to Present Story by shipping companies due to incorrect delivery address or failure to pick up items from Post Office address, additional shipping costs may be charged to resend items.
Links on the Present Story website to external entities are not covered within this policy. These terms and conditions only cover the domain name of www.presentstory.com.au
