There are approximately 1,600 species on native bees in Australia. They come in a variety of colours and sizes and are an important part of our ecosystem for pollination. This poster showcases just a handful of the beautiful species which can be found around the state of Victoria, in profile and portrait view.

Created from Stephanie's original illustrations, all bees are labelled with common and latin names to aid in identification of backyard species of bees.
